The rotations of the " moveto" feature assume that the character is a human who is always standing up and only turns his head up or down without actually flipping his whole body like a non-living entity! I did that because the " moveto" feature is unaffected by gimbal locks because it uses quaternions internally, so setting it to a speed of zero will be the same as having a " Look At" feature, but even though it isn't affected by gimbal locks, it is still affected by the assumption that the character using the " moveto" feature is a human. In that file, I use the " moveto" feature of the ccbAICommand() function, and I set the Enemy's movement speed to zero. I've just tested today on a Intel HD4000 Graphics adapter with an extra NVidia Card and it was working fine exactly as you said but with older version the problem was always there with all the 2D Overlays. before this, there was the 900 series and the extreme graphics series of the early 2000's, but I can't find a trustworthy source on those. Seems the 950 and up all support NPOT (non power of two) textures. (and a decent discret nvidia card for games) I'll try this out.īoth worked fine, though my intel gma is the latest one they make, and i'm not sure if all of them would be so forgiving with non power of 2 type textures. (Not tested on ATI but it should work fine too ) It should work on all NVidia Graphics Cards very well.
